They may be stalwart, but they still wantour technology and power. some of the countries are not as wealthy asus. Some are also hostile. They wish to obtain our weaponry. If wedo employ the SW system, it may enchant international peace treatiesbecause we might build the weapon without their consent. Al ready, theUS is involved in battles between countries like Iraq and Yugoslavia.The system can worsen our relations with other countries. The dangerfrom those hostile countries is near. The only thing isthat the countries dont have missiles that will travel this far.
